Abstracts
1. All investigators in the field of CEST imaging are eligible to submit an abstract for a poster presentation. Students, post-doctoral fellows, and residents are particularly welcome.
2. All studies describing any aspect of CEST imaging are proper. Any studies of human and animal subjects must have been approved by the relevant local ethics committee.
3. All submissions must be submitted to , using the supplied template. The submissions will start from Jun 1st, 2020 and end at 11:59 PM on Sept 9th, 2020 (EDT).
4. All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by a Scientific Committee. The criteria are scientific novelty/quality, relevance to the workshop’s objectives, and clarity of presentation. Decisions about abstract acceptance will be sent on Oct 19th, 2020.
5. Accepted abstracts will be presented as virtual meeting. Further instruction will be sent with the acceptance notifications to the speaker directly.
6. Submission of an abstract is considered a commitment to present the abstract if it is accepted. Please do not submit an abstract unless you are planning to attend the workshop.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
1. Seven (7) minutes are allotted for your oral presentation. The steering committee has decided to ONLY accept pre-recorded presentations.
2. Two file formats will be accepted.
- PowerPoint presentation with the voice recording (recommended)
- Video File (.MP4): resolution is 1280 x 720 (720p)

E-poster Presentation Guidelines
1. Three (3) minutes are allotted for your e-poster presentation.
2. Each presentation should typically include five slides (e.g., title, introduction, methods, results, and discussion).
3. PowerPoint presentation will be accepted.
4. All submissions must be submitted to by Oct 30th, 2020 (EDT).
